When Sparrow Williams was a fourteen-year-old straight-A student, she and her hyperactive kid sister, Moth, discovered a gateway to a magical world. They weren't the only ones. Dozens of kids from their hometown visited Edge Country's mysterious forests, bustling cities and magical academies. Then, Moth betrayed them. Leading an army of ancient gods, she attempted to kill Sparrow and her friends. Sparrow shut the gateways, trapping her sister on the other side.
